PROJECT STORY

From the business challenge to a practical solution

01THE CHALLENGE

Challenge

Government websites need more than visual polish. They must make public information accessible, support news and document disclosure, and structure information around transparency and ITA requirements.

Many organizations also need e-Service channels that reduce paper processes and make citizen requests easier to submit and track.

02THE APPROACH

Approach

We structure information around the organization and applicable disclosure requirements, with news, document downloads, complaint/service channels and e-Service where included in scope. Responsive design and CMS capabilities support ongoing staff updates.

CONNECTED APPROACH

What had to work together

Good work rarely comes from one isolated tactic. These were the important connections in the project.

01

ITA / OIT requirements → information architecture

02

News & documents → public transparency

03

CMS → staff content operations

04

e-Service → citizen service journey

05

Hosting / SSL / backup → service continuity
